Client Operations and EAP Intake Coordinator

The Client Operations and EAP Intake Coordinator will own the day to day oversight of making sure our clinical team is properly connected with patients and oversee all intake operations of a thriving EAP business. Here is a more detailed list of what a typical day would look like:
? You will receive and review patient intake information via phone, email, and web and connect providers to patients across the country who will see providers via telehealth encounters.
? You will also track and manage patient and provider information ensuring all process and procedures are being followed according to company and vendor standards.
? If there are issues on either the provider, vendor, or patient side you will then coordinate the appropriate resources to resolve issues.
? You will access third party portals to gather patient referral information and provide status back to the third party regarding patient encounters.
? You will coordinate training of new providers on our platform and process.
You will also have the opportunity to work on more strategic projects on days when things are running smoothly and time allows. There will be a constant flow of ideas on how we can leverage technology to streamline our process and improve our efficiency. Another key are is maximizing our clinical utilization by making sure schedules are full and no-shows are minimized.

? Comfortable with using technology to be more efficient.
? Experience in a clinical environment, ideally with scheduling and managing day to day operations and handling intake of patients and coordination of care.
? 3+ years in a clinical workflow environment
? Bachelor of science preferred
