F\-35 Deputy site lead to the Marham AB Training Operations Manager for the F\-35 Training Center support\. Candidate will report to the UK Training Operations manager\. Training Center provides pilot and maintenance training for all F\-35 operations in the UK\.
Specifically, this includes technical direction; cost & schedule management; cross\-IPT \(Integrated Project Team\) coordination & integration
Scope of responsibilities includes assisting the UK Training Operations manager with detailed planning, scheduling, requirements management, risk management, for ALIS Systems, Training and Training Equipment, and Support Equipment service and maintenance operations management\.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information requiring special access on the F\-35 program\.

Position requires demonstrated leadership skills and extensive professional experience in managing flight training and high tempo operational and logistics environments\.
Experience managing, training and operational support workforce personnel\.
Must have demonstrated experience and operational success in the areas of cost/schedule, risk management, earned value, managing a budget baseline, and developing innovative strategies to meet customer requirements in a highly dynamic environment\.
Military or civilian experience working with foreign military services in an international setting\.
Significant expertise engaging with services personnel from foreign countries and possess extensive experience understanding international cultures and contexts\.
Must have a final secret security clearance with a reinvestigation within the last five years; must have the ability to obtain/maintain a SAP clearance for the F\-35 program\.
